‘Sweet Home Sextuplets’: Courtney Waldrop Asks For Prayers
TLC’s Courtney Waldrop of Sweet Home Sextuplets told fans that she had a couple of options. In the past, professionals told her she might need braces, or they might need to break her jaw. Thankfully, it looks like braces are going to do the job for the SHS mom.
Albertville has been incredibly supportive for Eric and Courtney Waldrop as they conquered this journey. Carrying six babies is a lot of work and with there already being three boys in the family, keeping up was about all Courtney could muster. It seems like the Sweet Home Sextuplets family is getting a lot done throughout quarantine. Courtney said she likes the slower pace of life now. During the last episode of the season, they said they were playing baseball. When Sweet Home Sextuplets star Courtney’s jaw started hurting around ten years ago, she said it was easy to ignore.

For Easter 2020, the sextuplets enjoyed the egg-hunting session from morning till dawn. Here’s a beautiful picture shared by Courtney, wherein the elder siblings are seen helping the younger ones in finding the eggs. In 2017, Courtney and Eric Waldrop found out they would soon be having Sextuplets. The pair, already parents to three children definitely had a lot on their hands! And even more so when TLC decided to document their journey.
"It was almost God's way of shutting that door," Courtney concluded. In a video they posted to theirYouTube channel in July 2021, Eric and Courtney Waldrop answeredtheir fans' questions. The couple explained that TLC first approached them about doing the series when Courtney was still pregnant with the sextuplets, and they weren't sure how it would pan out. "We made the decision that, 'Okay, we'll do it, we'll give it a shot, and if it ever becomes something that's hard on our family, that's hard on our kids, then we'll stop,'" Courtney explained. With nine kids, six of them being sextuplets, the Waldrop’s will have their hands full for quite some time.

As promised, Courtney will continue to share her family’s lives with their fans. Once all the babies were safely home, "Sweet Home Sextuplets" focused on Eric and Courtney Waldrop's everyday challenges as a sudden family of eleven. In addition to their active sons Saylor, Bridge and Wales, they now had six healthy babies who kept them busy with diaper changes, feedings, and demands for attention. The show chronicled everyday challenges like birthday parties, potty training, getting through flu season, and living in a small mobile home while their larger house was being built. The Waldrops also own a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens, making their schedule nonstop.
"There's nothing in this world that we would want to put before our family," Courtney explained. Eric added, "We know it's for the best for our family, and we're very happy right now." Secondly – Courtney has a right to post whatever she wants when she wants. They made a decision that was best for their family and not for their fans. If you don’t like how she acts or what she posts then unfollow her. The elder ones Saylor, Wells, and Bridge are in school, while the sextuplets turned two-years-old in September 2019.

She jested it would either be a lot of fun or a huge mistake. She, however, hoped fans would shoot off a few prayers that they managed to make it back home with all nine children they leave with.
